preview your web-content by using this link => http://your-dedicated-ip-address/~username

Where:

your-dedicated-ip-address = This is the IP address which will be used for all of your present/future cPanel accounts.
username = The username for the cPanel account

Example:

your-dedicated-ip-address = 69.25.195.243
username = uniorg

Preview link => http://69.25.195.243/~uniorg
