Billing Software Help Needed

I need a company like Authorize.Net to process credit cards but I do not want to pay a monthly or yearly fee. Can anyone here help.

Google will help you. I.e: no monthly fee payment gateway

Try Protx.com, but they are in the UK. Send them an email to find yout how to get things working if you're in CA. I know some people are not in the UK and they still use Protx somehow.
