Small Tip
If you are using a sitemap generator plugin such as google sitemaps or BWP Google XML Sitemaps Disable pinging of google and bing inside the plugin if doing alot of updates to posts or static pages... If you update a page 20 times the sitemap plugin will ping google and bing 20 times... Apparently you can spam google and bing doing this... been watching this trend on one of my reseller sites... Laid off updating it bout 3 weeks and traffic is picking up for it now...
