  • Where Does The Wordpress Plugin Take Customers After The Order Process Is Completed?

Hello all. Please forgive me if this is not in the right section. My question is simple; where do people who purchase from me get taken after they complete their order? Is there a specific "Thank You" page they get directed to? If so, what is it and is it a part of the many pages the RSP plugin created for me during the install? If there is no such page, can I create one and have my customers redirected to that?

Thank you all in advanced for any and !all help!

    Hello,

The default "Thank you" page after a successful order from the reseller's control panel or from the default store subdomains is https://thankyou.duoservers.com/.

However since you are using a WordPress store with your own domain name then the "Thank you" page in your case should be something like:

    http://yourdomain.com/order-form/?return=thankyou

This is something that is fixed and you are not able to create your custom "Thank you" page.

    Best Regards,

Thanks for the info. This leads me to another question... Is it possible to have an affiliate program with this hosting service? I am not talking about the resellers panel affiliate program but rather one of my own for my hosting site that uses resellers panel as the back bone. For example, could I put my hosting service on the Click Bank market to attract affiliate marketers? I think I might not be in the right area anymore for this question. Sorry!

        Hello.

If I understand correctly, you want to put your hosting service on Click Bank in the Marketplace, as a published?

Well, there is no problem on our end, however I am not sure about the ClickBank's requirements.

Do let us know if there is anything else we can help you with!

        Best Regards,
        Tom.

          Tom,

The point the OP makes is a good one. It would be nice to be able to have a custom return page within Wordpress. Some of us might like t include additional information and contact details in case of problems etc.

If the return page is http://yourdomain.com/order-form/?return=thankyou it should be easy enough to do. A simple hack to order.php could redirect to a custom page.
