Question about WordPress SEO plugin & sitemaps

Here is the issue. I installed the WordPress SEO plugin by Joost. When trying to retrieve the XML sitemaps created by the plugin, I get a 404.

The plugin says the sitemaps are supposed to be located at http://merchant-solution.com/sitemap_index.xml

I have the reseller wordpress. Is this a known issue or can somebody give me instructions to get it to make the sitemaps so I can submit them to google?
