Make sure that the plans are active and offered in your reseller control panel.

If the problem still persists after the services are enabled feel free to open a support ticket from your reseller control panel and we will investigate this problem further.

Hi,

I am having a problem with the dedicated and VPS type plans. They are not displaying on my website. Nor are they displayed in the order form. I can't edit the pages and embed them. They do not display. How can I troubleshoot the issue?
