SSL HTTPS compatibility

I am using PHP hosting theme in my wordpress site.
The live chat url http://example-abc.com/wp-content/th...at_offline.png
Because of this error, my site get SSL warning
I find no way to fix it
Perhaps RSP do on your site to update it
Then we can update the theme and solve it permanently

I will advise you to open a support ticket from your reseller control panel and provide us with access to your WordPress store so we can investigate this further.
If your plugin and store theme are updated to their latest versions the logo URL should not cause such warnings about an insecure content on your store.
