I am planning to sign up your CPanel Program. But First I have a few questions..

1) Do you support japanese language in the CP? I mean do you have Japanese CP?
2) how do you bill? monthly, Yearly?

3) Is it possible to upgrade the service to plan2 after you sign up for the plan1?

4) What payment options do you have?

I do not know, but hopefully a RSP representative can answer your question on this the languages.

You are billed monthly for cPanel I believe

Yes I believe so

Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)

How can I contact the RSP representative?

No problem. They frequently check these forums, so most likely you will get a reply in a few hours. If your in need of a response sooner I would suggest the "Live Chat" that RSP offers. (Although they might be on a break for an hour I think)
