mysql, python, rsync, ssh available commands

I have list of questions:
python available? which version? mod_python or cgi?
can i backup my files with rsync over ssh? upload site with rsync over ssh?
can i host subversion or mercurial repository? access svn+ssh?
mysql version? innodb support?

Python version 2.3.x is available on our hosting servers. Python runs through cgi. rsync over SSH is available (for most hosting plans SSH is available as an optional upgrade, the Enterprise web hosting plan includes SSH by default). scp is not available. Subversion is not available. The version of MySQL is 5.0.x. InnoDB is not supported.
