Can I Just Buy a Wholesale Domain(without hosting)?

I need to buy a domain for a client. The client already has their own hosting. It doesn't seem like RP is not offering me the
option to simply buy domains at wholesale. How do I accomplish this?. I don't want to buy a hosting package. Just the domain.
How do I do this?....When I click on Buy@Wholesale in Control Panel, I get hosting options Only....Help

Hello.

You should activate the Domain Manager plan first.

Go to My Offers >> Shared Hosting Offers >> Domain Manager >> Actions >> Set as offered

Click on "Quick Template Update" to update the change.

You will be able to order sole Domain Registration with a Free Domain Manager Account now.
