Issues with Redirects

I recently just moved over to another host.

I had redirects setup on serveral of my domains but they seem to be giving me some trouble.

In cpanel i use the redirect function to set for example:

bandsite1.com -> myspace.com/bandsite1

but want to keep all the contents in the public_html folder accessible and not also be redirected.

ie bandsite1.com/myspace/header.jpg

This is not working it now tries to redirect anything to the myspace.com/bandsite1

Any suggestions on what i can do.. all i know is it worked on the old host with cpanel redirect.

I think he is moving away. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this needs to be addressed to the new provider?

He was just a spammer posting old comments from real forum members. Thus you can see he is now banned!
