Why no 'Support' Icon in Hepsia control panel?

Hi Guys,

Clients find it quite difficult to find our support ticketing system in the Hepsia control panel. You can only access it via a very small text link in the top right hand corner called 'Help'.

Why don't we have a 'Support' icon in the main mid section of the control panel with all the other easy to find and use icons?

Or is it designed to be hard to find?

Was noticing the same thing the other day when helping a potential client using the free trial. Maybe put a support link under the My Account tab?
