    Hi,

    A new client contacted me and asked how to complete the order. There is no payment link in the Welcome email, only a call to log in to the hosting CP. He did so, but could not find the button to complete (pay) the order.

    I tried to instruct: "Don't you see a green button on the top right, saying 'Complete order'?"

    -No.

    -Look to the left then, in the box "My plan details".

    -No.

    Then it struck me to ask if he was on a mobile device, and he was.

    This means we are loosing clients. People expect everything to work on their mobile devices. At least, the Welcome email must inform the client that they must log in on a desktop computer to pay.

    Haven't tried ordering myself on a mobile device maxa, good catch there!
