I know RSP have a channel for Proper Support announcements and was wondering if there was a way to have Telegram integration for support tickets?
I got a ticket opened today (regarding World Pay closure) but it took me ages to track down what account it was from! I then thought it would be so handy if that was forwarded to me directly via a Telegram encrypted channel (I think there is an API for this) and maybe even have the ability to reply to the ticket via Telegram. Is this something that could be done?
