3box customization?

Unfortunately, the color tweak does not appear to work with the 3Box template. However, I have sent a note to our development team to ask if they would not offer any similar tweaks for the 3Box template.

With the #16 template, we could change some background color etc. by inserting some scripting in the Header Custom HTML field, such as

Is it possible to do something similar with the Box3 template?
