Can I backorder a .tv from RSP?

I'm interested in a particular .tv domain which is expiring soon. Is there any way to back order it so that RSP system will order it as soon as it becomes available?

.tv cannot be backordered through us, sorry.

We do have access only to the .com and .net expiring Domain Names.

If this is a Domain you really want, I can refer you to: pheenix.com - I have heard a lot of good words for them (do a research please, do not rely on me for that as we are not related in any way and I cannot guarantee).
