  • Adding "www." prefix in reseller website domain name

Hi, I have added "www." prefix in the domain name. Two things happened 1. 500 internal server error is showing and 2. The contact email id became "sales@www.exampledomain.com". Can we rectify it and change the email id to "sales@exampledomain.com"?

        Hello.

Our Developers are currently working on the option to enable the choice for the Reseller Stores - with or without the www. prefix.

The feature will be introduced as soon as possible.

        Best Regards,
        Tom.
