Is there an ETA on the SteadFast mail server?

I was just wondering what the ETA on the SteadFast mail server being back online is?

Proper status just says a few hours which was yesterday's message.

This seems to happen about every two weeks lately.

This has become quite an annoying glitch with the move to Steadfast. Tech support with this problem has proved to be very little help. From the beginning I observed problems and opened various tickets to no avail. I finally quit asking but have continued to experienced the same problems over and over.

There is no glitch, just a hard drive failure and an enormous amount of data had to be rebuilt.

We are now migrating some of the users to another mail server ( a new one we installed over the weekend).

Is there an ETA or anything we can know about what's going on besides a hard drive problem? I thought SteadFast was redundant.

It appears that the mail server is down again even though properstatus doesn't show a problem. An ongoing issue that is really annoying.

OK, its back up again. It's still an annoying issue though.
