I just wanted to say thank you to RSP support. I bought a VPS plan and I noticed that my sites seem to load very slow. So after about 2 weeks, I contacted support about it.
At first I wasn't very happy with the response. They tested the site I was having the worst loading times with in pingdom and it came back in under 3 seconds so there seems to be no problems. But every time I used Pingdom before I opened the ticket, it was not uncommon to get load times clocked at 10 seconds or more.
So I sent them screenshots of several pindom tests showing above 5 seconds and many above 10.
As a result, they looked into it further and within a half hour they moved my VPS to a server that had better equipment. That was probably 2 weeks ago and my load times have improved to usually 2 seconds or less.
