    I was considering collecting payments from my customers myself, but then when I thought about it, I think I found a major reason (among others) why this is a bad idea...

    I would have to carry the burden of the 30-day money back guarantee.

    In other words, if my customer decided he wanted his money back before his 30-day guarantee period was up, I would have to refund him and I would then be left with a hosting account on my hands as RSP will not "take it back" and refund me.

    Since I bought it through my RSP CP at wholesale, I am not entitled to the 30-day money back guarantee on the plans that I resell therefore I can't pass along any guarantees to my customer.

    Is this correct?

    It doesn't matter if the shared hosting service is purchased on a retail or wholesale price. The 30 days money back guarantee is valid in both cases
    and if you request the refund after you have refunded your client we will refund you as well and the account will be blocked.
