Dedicated IP Specific Country

A new question was brought up to me by a prospect client his asking if he could have a dedicated IP from a specific country. I don't know much about this stuff I just want to ask if it's possible so I can reply from his question.

We offer hosting services in US, UK, Australia, Finland and Bulgaria. The location of the IP address which your client will get depends on the Datacenter where his hosting account will be ordered.
