Verifying email addresses in control panel - constantly being asked!

Hi,

Has anyone else noticed that on new accounts it doesn't matter how many times you verify an email address - a few minutes later the notification requiring you to verify it again appears back on top of the control panel pages?

This is very frustrating.

Yup, I've noticed this issue as well.

did you try to re-log to your CP?

It usually happens in the first few logins. It goes away by itself. It might confuse a lot of clients thinking that the verification system is not working though. Maybe the verifications are processed hourly or at a specific time on the clock so the clicks aren't recognized instantly?
