OVZ03 Constant 503 Errors

Hi,

I'm working in a OVZ03 running Debian Jessie and Hepsia.

I got reported a 503 error, while I were browsing the error log I found several instances of:

[DATE-TIME] [error] [client IP-ADDRESS] mod_fcgid: can't apply process slot for /services/users/1/ACCOUNT/www/DOMAIN/index.php

I opened a support ticket but, despite they say "The VPS server in general is running well with no lack of any resources.", the 503 errors are constant in the Access Log and the same error as above line in the Error Log

In addion, there are error lines as:

[DATE-TIME] [error] [client IP-ADDRESS] mod_fcgid: ap_pass_brigade failed in handle_request_ipc function

Has anybody had this kind of errors?

Hello,

The reason for such error is that the web server is exceeding its max simultaneous connections. Please provide me with the Ticket ID or the username of your VPS so I can check this further for you.
