  • Template updates not affecting my own domain version

    Hi, newibe here. Any template changes I do work here >>
    But not on my domain here >> (even with cloudflare off)
    I've clicked "Publish" in the admin etc.
    Can someone help.

    Its most probably because is using CloudFlare so it can't propagate the changes. Turn off your CloudFlare & inside your Reseller Panel top right click the > Quick template update button in red & see if that worked. IF it didn't go inside the store master admin area & click publish & then clear cache and log out.

    Let us know if you keep having trouble regardless, you can always open a ticket from your Reseller Panel & we can take a closer look.

      Update: Not sure what happened but it seems to be OK now. Thanks.

        Whoops, modified home page template isn't updating again after another edit, 24 hours ago.
        I've gone through all the steps.
        Home page, bottom right ALL contact phone numbers and email is showing when logged in, but not when logged out.
        Funny thing is, the same info is showing OK when logged out, on any other pages.
        All but the home page are original template pages)

        edit: removed site url, site is now updated
