  • Mail host certificate has expired

I think the SSL cert on the mail server has expired:

    Host : mail.supremecluster.com
    Provider : PositiveSSL
    Valid period : Thu Feb 2 00:00:00 2017 GMT to Wed Apr 3 23:59:59 2019 GMT

Would a tech maybe check it out?

    Hello,

The mail server's SSL was actually renewed just recently - on 27th of March 2019 as can be checked here:
Use our fast SSL Checker will help you troubleshoot common SSL Certificate installation problems on your server including verifying that the correct certificate is installed, valid, and properly trusted.

Such errors are possible in case you have the old SSL certificate cached on your local device. To resolve the trouble you will need to clear the locally stored SSL in order for your device to save the new and active certificate. Below you can find details how can the SSL cache be cleared:
    Windows

Follow these steps to delete the SSL certificate for your Windows email application:
    1. Close your email application.
    2. Go to the Start Menu and search for Internet Options.
    3. In Internet Options, click Content.
    4. Click Clear SSL State.
    5. Re-open your email application.
    Apple

Follow these steps to delete the SSL certificate for your Apple email application:
    1. Close your email application.
    2. Go to your Finder menu.
    3. Click the Go menu and then select Utilities in the submenu.
    4. Scroll down and open KeyChain Access.
    5. In the left pane, click on login.
    6. Right click on the the certificate named mail.supremecluster.com
    7. In the menu select Delete "mail.supremeclustere.com"
    8. When prompted provide your password to authorize modifying the keychain.
    9. After a brief wait, you should no longer see the certificate in the certificate list.

Let us know if there is anything else we can be of assistance with.

    Best Regards,
    Nick Green.
