Data Center Power Failure!

Currently there is a serious power failure at one of the data centers that we are using. The power failure has affected an entire rack of our servers. Data Center staff is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please, excuse us for the inconvenience caused!

Update: At the moment, the following shared servers are still down – 5, 9, 20, 23, 24, 34 and 43 as well as semi-dedicated server 2.

Update 2: Additionally, the power failure has also caused some routing issues, which the data center staff and our system administrators are also working to resolve.

Update 3: The following shared servers are still down 20, 34, 43 as well as semi-dedicated server 2, the rest of the servers are working normally.

Update 4: Shared server 34 is working OK now. Shared servers 20 and 43 as well as semi-dedicated server 2 are still down.

Unfortunately, it seems that the power failure at the data center has caused some hardware issues with our shared server 7. Our system administrators have requested from the data center staff to move the hard disk array from server 7 to a spare server, which should restore the operation of the server back to normal. Once again, please excuse us for the inconvenience caused!

We'd like to announce that the hardware issues with our shared server 7 have been eliminated and the server has been brought back to its normal mode. Our administrators assure us that the data center staff have successfully moved the hard disk array from the old server 7 to a brand new one.
