One of our servers - SC26 has been experiencing downtime issues recently due to a faulty hard drive. Our administrators have been aware of the problem since the very beginning and are taking all the corrective measures to fix it. The delay in dealing with the problem is caused by the time-consuming process of restoring all data and moving it to a new hard disc.
The estimated time for restoration of the services is 1 hour (10.30 AM EST) What we are certain about is that no data will be lost.
Additional 2-hour maintenance of SC26 will be performed during the present week and you will be informed about the exact date and hour.
We will keep you updated in case of any problems or delays in time.
