  • Reseller domains not working

All reseller stores, using these DNS are currently offline:
    dns1.suprem_ec__enter.com
    dns2.suprem_ec__enter.com

Also POP3/IMAP and webmail on mail.suprem_ec__enter.com are down as well.

The reason - the domain registrar put on HOLD our domain suprem_ec__enter.com even after I had several days of communication and faxing numerous times documents to their fax for proof of address (such a pain). They confirmed - they received those documents and claimed this wouldn't happen, but apparently they did a mistake and it did happen. We tried contacting them by phone but we are "out of business hours" and their offices are currently closed. The only thing left as possible way of contacting them in these hours is the trouble ticketing system (oh boy!!). We are currently waiting them to respond and to fix the problem.. of course we mentioned a few times the word "ASAP" and we keep our fingers crossed so their support can see the tickets soon and fix the domain.

    Best Regards,

    UPDATE:

It looks like reseller domains are working. The reason for this - DirectNic only changed the DNS of our domain, but did not change the record for the DNS we registered. This means that DNS1.SC.COM and DNS2.SC.COM are still OK and will resolve correctly. However mail and webmail will not be working as it is on SC.COM domain itself.

Also as our support (RSP and Proper) mail is on MAIL.SC.COM - we are unable to receive mails as well and we expect if DirectNic does not resolve this very soon - some mails to start bouncing.

    Best Regards,
    Kalin Blaskoff
