  • [RESOLVED] DNS amplification attack which affects IP range 198.23.48.70-198.23.48.80

    Dear Customers,

Our servers are a target of a DNS amplification attack which affects IP range 198.23.48.70-198.23.48.80 (web9 us.cloudlogin.co)

Because of the scale of the attack, it is possible other parts of our network to experience short outages as well.

Our system administrators are working closely with our data center technicians to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

    Start time: 04:00 PM UTC

We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue may cause to you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What I can add is that our Administrators have started migrating the affected clients to other IP rage and the issue will be resolved in minutes now.

    Best Regards,
    Tom.

We had an issue with the access to the Hepsia Control Panel and the Reseller's E-Mail Server due to the mentioned attack.

Once again - thank you very much for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience caused by that.

    Best Regards,
    Tom.

Ya, we're on 198.23.50.x and we've been up and down all day, short bounces. Not a problem for us, we use fail-over DNS for this very reason, just an FYI.

Good luck and thanks for the heads up Tom.
