For the global templates, resellers can add headers and footers via the RCP. Does that help answer your question?

Never mind. I thought he had made the SiteStudio thumbnail at the bottom left into an image map, but it turns out that that feature was in the original template. It's not in all of them, though. It would be nice to add that to all of the templates.

Some people prefer NOT to have that in their web site. I think it's all a matter of taste.
