i think they may working on it,not sure.
i also wish to sell only domain,without hosting,because some peoples may need only domain.

No, domain only accounts are not available yet. Domain only accounts been planned for quite awhile now, but I do not know when they will be available.

Its an easy way to get some people accustomed to 'owning' a domain. 1and1 charges less than $10 per year - and that includes web email - but of course I always recommend just forward all to where you want - I also recommend gmail.
