Letsencrypt or other encryption on mail server

Our developers and senior system administrators are currently working on a project which will resolve this problem.
At this point there is no ETA when this will be accomplished so until then the warning in the email client will be present.

When my clients use my "private" mail server they get a message saying it isn't for the correct host/DNS. Is it possible to install an encryption certificate to secure a mail server on Private DNS cluster? Like a Letsencrypt or other cert?
