Domain Sale: What does "not verfied" mean for Domain manager?

Many months ago my store made a sale for domain name only. Looks like I did was given credit for the commission to be paid when I reach the payout threshold.

However in sales stats "Register Domain" instance shows status of "verified" but "Domain Manager" instance of same transaction shows status of "Not verified". What does this mean?




EDIT: I also just noticed under "client domains" that the domain name shows "pending". Very confusing.

I could be completely wrong, but it is my understanding that new orders are manually verified to check if they are legit! Especially with hosting accounts. Have you asked RSP directly, using your reseller ticketing system?
