ResellersPanel turns 6! ID protection service significantly improved!
Today, we, at ResellersPanel, celebrate our 6th birthday. Six years ago, our free reseller hosting business was established and over time we have proven to be capable of achieving our goals. Your continued feedback and helpful suggestions have been a vital component to our success, and have been a major part of reaching the point we are now at. And today, as a birthday present, we have prepared a general improvement to one of our services!
As previously mentioned in our blog, the online anonymity is a key feature in running a successful enterprise. This is why, the ID protection service (also known as WHOIS protection) has been a part of the ResellersPanel hosting portfolio for some time now, helping hosting clients hide their personal information.
Recently, this feature has undergone a serious back-end improvement. We have worked hard on this feature and now we can provide it to you and your customers on our own. This means that we are not dependent on our registrar any longer and that the ID protection option can be activated online much faster than before.
Our resellers under the Free Reseller Program can continue setting the price for this feature from their control panels, via the Domain Pricing menu → the IDP Prices tab. The minimum retail price is still 9 USD, and the maximum – 15 USD. This service is applicable to the following TLDs – .com .net .org .info .biz .me .tv .asia and .cc.
