Dear Resellers,
We are pleased to publicly announce our network status page, which will be updated on every serious outage for a particular server, data center, network equipment (as network switch) and so on. There is no strict rule on what exactly shall be added to this page, as sometimes outages are way too short to announce or does not reflect all customers, but there is one major rule - any downtime longer than 30 minutes shall be added. Everything else is individual.
The website, which you can also provide to your customers and which we include in mass emails when scheduling outages is: proper_sta_tus.com (remove all "_"). I do not post the correct domain for a reason, which I believe everyone know and understand.
