Dear Resellers,
We’d like to inform you that our previously announced chain of server maintenance actions will continue on Monday, April 23, 2007, starting at 10 PM PST, when the following servers are scheduled to go offline: SupCenter7, SupCenter46 and SupCenter47. In addition, our administrators also plan to carry out maintenance of our main database server for resellers that will cause the downtime of all reseller accounts and templates stores.
The maintenance procedure will take approximately 30 minutes and will include relocation of the servers to a new track and their attachment to a better UPS generator. These actions are aimed at optimizing the servers’ power supply, thus ensuring that no further downtimes will be suffered due to power supply breakdowns.
We appreciate your patience in the matter, as well as your understanding of those actions being taken as a contribution to our server quality improvement.
