SupCenter27 Hard Disk Swap Update

We would like to inform you that we had to reschedule the hard disk swap on SupCenter27. There is a problem with the RAID on the server. Our system administrators have tried to rebuild the RAID, but unfortunately the rebuild was not successful, because there seems to be a critical issue with one of the hard disks in the RAID. We have to replace the disk as soon as possible to avoid the chance of losing customer data. Currently, the hard disks on the server are operating in read-only mode. Our system administrators will soon power down the server to replace the faulty drive. After the drive is replaced, the healthy drives on the server will continue to operate in read-only mode until the RAID is successfully rebuilt.
