You can create Cpanel accounts for either domain names or subdomain names.
    You can use :

    1) mydomain.com
    2) sub.mydomain.com

    in that field.

    However, you cannot use mydomain.com/somepage.html

Use only domain or subdomain name.

        You are welcome.

This option - creating separate Cpanel accounts for sub-domains, is useful if you wish to set a certain space/traffic limit for the sub-domain.

Just let me know if you have any other questions regarding WHM / Cpanel.
        I'd be glad to help.
