Cpanel Fanastico error

cpanel Fantastico installer is givvign the following error

Parse error: parse error, unexpected ';' in /tmp/cpanel_phpengine.1138724169.113754990.71362036378 on line 102

also no MYSQL databases can be created
and when trying to use phpmyadmin it displays
Wrong username/password. Access denied.

now that could be due to the fact im accesing the server just with its ip
