DNS Problem

Hello,
We thought that the WHM would have our private dns but it doesn't. It read that private DNS comes with the Cpanel. If so where is it setup at or how do we setup the DNS below.

DNS:

dns1.directaction-webservices.com
dns2.directaction-webservices.com

We setup a new customer in our WHM and when we check the DNS it showed the DNS to be your DNS. Could you help us with this problem. Because we thought that when we setup customers there DNS would be ours.

Dns

You do have this capability. However, you manage your dns settings wherever you manager your domain registration. If you purchased your account through ResellersPanel, then you probably have an account at Enom. You should be able to login in to it and manager your domains.

If you are reselling domains to others, then again - wherever you are purchasing the domain registration (ie. Enom, RegistryRocket, GoDaddy, etc.) you will need to login and then change the Name Servers for the domain you purchased.
