I do not know of anyone offering such services (I do not say that there isn't such a person, but simply that I have not encountered an offer of this sort). However, private consulting services or tutoring will most likely be expensive and possibly will not be as cost-efficient as you probably expect. However, the Internet offers a number of online resources on cPanel and WHM (Web Hosting Manager). Some of these resources are free and some are paid, but will probably be less costly than any consulting services on the matter.
The cPanel developers' site offers extensive documentation regarding their products that is available here and DemoDemo site offers a number of animated tutorials on cPanel and WHM accessible through this page. Perhaps, you should start at one of the above sites. You could also try searching Amazon.com or another online bookstore for books regarding cPanel and WHM.
