Form mail script

Does the Cpanel account have a pre-installed form mail script like formmail.pl or something similar or do we have to install our own?

No, cPanel accounts do not include any pre-installed formmail scripts, but all cPanel accounts include Fantastico, which features a variety of easily installable scripts.
