Need to disable a function, please help!

Hi,

I have the cpanel resellers package, and when I created accounts for clients, in there cpanel control panel they have the ability to:
Manage another account:

Which will allow them to enter the cpanel of other clients of mine!

How can I disable, prevent this from happening???

If you log into a cPanel account from the WHM, you will be able to switch through all cPanel accounts under your reseller username. That is so, because you are logging into the cPanel account with reseller privileges and that is why you have this type of access.

If you log into a cPanel account using the corresponding username/password then you will not be able to switch between cPanel accounts, because you are logged in with user privileges.

If this is not the case with your cPanel account, please open a support ticket through your billing account with us or send an email with the description of the issue that you have encountered to cpanel[at]resellerspanel.com.
