  • cPanel license issue

Is anyone also have this same problem? My cPanel, whm. webmail can not be accessed. My cpanel/whm is giving me this message.

    HTML Code:
Thank You for installing cPanel / WHM.

In order to access the interface, you will need to make sure that the software license on this server is active and installed.

Your license could not be activated because:
    Cannot Read License File

       1. First, go to http://verify.cpanel.net/ and enter the public IP address of this server to make sure it is licensed.
       2. If licensed, try running /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt from the command line as root.
       3. You'll also need to make sure that port 80 is open to contact our license server and that your hostname is a FQDN.

If you don't currently have a license, you can obtain a trial license by registering at the cPanel Store and requesting a trial under Free Services.

You can purchase/lease a license directly from cPanel or from one of our Partners

Once the license on this server is active, you will no longer see this message. If you have installed a license since loading this page, click here to reload.
I already ticketed this and still waiting for them to resolve. Its already 10 hours since I first reported it. My clients are now complaining.

Can anyone give me a solution here?

ebobro, it appears to be a problem with the cPanel license where your reseller account is hosted. It is not anything that could be resolved with the help of another reseller here. Please, ask the support ticket that you have opened to be referred to a support supervisor/system administrator.
