  • Desperately need help.

    We transferrred hosting for one of our clients from goddady to our cPanel account. dns was changed at the registrar but people are getting 403 forbidden zone errors and/or site does not exist. We do understand that it takes tie to propagate, but these errors are not consistent. You may be able to get to the site and then an hour later you can't and it goes again. I have written to cpanel support yesterday, but so far no response. Usually they are very fast in answering, so I don't understand what is going on. Can someone please help.
