Clientexec Support
Clentexec is a billing and ticketing program installed for RS cPanel users for free.
Just like the scripts in Fantastico, the cPanel support team cannot be responsible for the support. It is a third party program.
One thing that I have found by reading the Forum at NewEdge.com is that a lot of resellers will not submit a support ticket for you. Here at RS we are very fortunate to have a support staff that do submit support tickets on your behalf and will assist you even though it is not their responsibility. (Three cheers for our support team)
If you are using Clientexec and have a problem you should join the forum at Newedge and list your problem. There is always someone to help and if not then have RS support fill out a ticket for you.
