the server is not stable ?

recently , my websites often get down

I noticed that the server is becoming unstable!

although the down time is not long, but it happens so frequently

On which server you have hosted site ?
Introduce your self. Are you Free Reseller or cPanel reseller ?

I have bought 3 reseller account ,
they are on the same server altar11

the server became a bit slow since two days ago

I have created tickets , but your person said there were no break time!

when the web service is down, I ping the domain name, it returns the right IP address, and normal connection status!

but when I telenet domain.com 80, the connection was timeout

this can prove that the httpd service was down then.

this often happens!
almost three times a day.

but what made me disappointed is that your technical person said this is normal,
why this does not happened on there webhosting providers' servers?

Well there may be many reasons for a server being down, and the common cause is because some other hosting accounts (or multiple accounts) uses resources in such a way where the server cannot handle it. What is the server load before, during and after the downtime?
