  • Anyone had trouble getting thier money?

    Just curious to find out if anyone else has had trouble getting the money that they have been iwed for commissions from this site. I still have not gotten my October payment. I have written several emails and have been told that I would be contacted by a supervisor of the site. Its been over a month now and I have been told that 3 times. STILL NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE! NO ONE AT ALL!
    I have placed emails, made phone calls, spoke with LIVE SUPPORT. Each time I have been told that I would be either contacted or emailed the very next day on when to expect my payment. In good faith, I am still remaining a member and have not inquired for legal action as of yet. That will be my next step. If I am not contacted by Friday, January 14th and told exactly what is going on, I will seek legal action against the company. I would just liketo know if there is anyone else that is experiancing this same problem.

      If your going to tell me that you have turned this over to your supervisor and he will be getting in contact with me, then you will need to stand in line. You will be the 4th Tech support operator that has taken a stab at this. Please understand.... I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH YOU, THE SUPPORT STAFF... You support people have been nothing but polite and curtious towards me and this issue. Its your management that has the issues. I have been repeatedly told that I would be contacted and the problem resolved. This has been the story for over a month now. Still NO CONTACT or even an attempt at it! Folks, for anyone that might read this...The tech people here are WONDERFUL! There very supportive and pleasent to deal with, and if you do not understand how to do something they will work with you until you DO understand no matter how long it takes. I wish that every business had the tech people that are here working with us to keep things going smoothly. I fully believe that the problem lies in the management. If this is the way that they treat my problem THINK ABOUT WHEN YOUR TURN MIGHT BE NEXT. They made thier money off of you and I. Now they dont seem to care if it takes two months or two years to solve my issue. Theres no food missing off of their tables or children needing clothing in thier homes. I was injured in my last job ( struck by runaway train) and thought that this might be a way to make some extra money while I am trying to heal and regain employment elsewhere. Its been a year and a half now and still nothing in that aspect, but that has nothing to do with this issue. Folks I am exactly like the rest of you, hard working, educated, well rounded and very well versed in computers (OK so theres a few exceptions, Im certified in computers, I'm a graduate and hold a diploma for Private Investigations, and I am also a Fugative Recovery Agent). The problem is simple. It doesn't matter if the sum that I am owed by this company is $1.00 or $1,000,000.00. If they are not going to make an effort to pay me what they owe me, then that falls under "Theft by Deception" and also "Computer Fraud". In my state here is the Code:
      "Theft by Deception"
      (a) Offense defined.--A person is guilty of theft if he intentionally obtains or withholds property of another by deception. A person deceives if he intentionally:

      1. creates or reinforces a false impression, including false impressions as to law, value, intention or other state of mind; but deception as to a person's intention to perform a promise shall not be inferred from the fact alone that he did not subsequently perform the promise;
      2. prevents another from acquiring information which would affect his judgment of a transaction; or
      3. fails to correct a false impression which the deceiver previously created or reinforced, or which the deceiver knows to be influencing another to whom he stands in a fiduciary or confidential relationship.

      "Computer Fraud" which is " A fraud which is committed with the aid of, or directly involving a data processing system or computer network".

      Is this enough details for you this time? Sorry I guess I am becoming ignorant and irritated but after not being paid for 2 months I believe that I have that right.

        First of all I want to start with the very simple rule of doing bussines and that is keeping your customers, or resellers in our case, satisfied by your services. As you can see on the top of our site www.resellerspanel.com we are currently doing business with over 20,000 resellers. Our top priority is to keep our resellers satisfied with our services. Not a single serious company, especially ones doing Internet services related business, will ever try to cheat on its clients and make a few dollar profit out of it, just because every unsatisfied customer can spread his negative experience over the Internet, which will lead to losing potential clients and cause thousands or millions of dollars loss for that company.

        Our managers have just advised me that a check had been sent to you on 03-December-2004 for the amount of cash you had accumulated in your reseller account as commissions. We are delivering checks to our resellers from United Kingdom using the services of Royal Mail (the United Kingdom postal service). As we are using Royal Mail services, we can not guarantee 100% successful delivery of our checks. There are cases in which our checks are lost or stolen. In other cases checks are delayed for weeks because of some countries lack of postal services quality.

        Of course we will provide you with options to receive your money. First option is to cancel the current check and issue you another one for the same amount of money, on 04-February-2005 when our next payment date is. Other option is to cancel the current check and send you your payment using PayPal services.

        Please advise us how you want to receive your commission.

          Thats all I asked for from the very beginning was a simple answer. Why did it take a month to get your answer? If someone would have responded to me this way a month ago we could have avoided all of this.

          The account was changed to Paypal last month so PLEASE cancel the paper check and send the payment to my Paypal account(Paypal ID cpranulis1@earthlink.net).

          I am very sorry that we had to resort to posting all this in your forum but what other recourse was there? It was the only thing that provided any type of answer from you at all.

              No problems here.

              Originally, you had asked if anyone else had trouble getting their payments. I just wanted to add that I have been paid twice and am currently waiting on a third payment. I received both of them through Paypal and have never had a problem.

              Payments are over a month behind because RSP has to wait over 15 days to see if your customer requests their money back.

              For everyone else, just be assured RSP will send your money. If it doesn't get there in a short time it is probably the postal service.

                  Wow! Thanks to all of you members who have followed me through this time of hardship. Just to let all of you know. YES PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECIEVED. I have to thank all of you who have inquired outside of this forum and followed this post. I hated to have to post all of this out in the open but there was no response until then. I want to also thank RSP for thier fast response after the post to correct the situation. The problem was resolved in TWO DAYS!!!
                  I had hoped that after the dispute that RSP would close this thread and delete it but it has been left open. I was not going to post anything else in here but since I have had a volume of questions from you members in my personal emails, I have decided to post to let you all know that the issue has been resolved, and has also restored my faith back in the company. Please do not be afraid to become a reseller or an affiliate member. I had heard from others that the company was on the up and up and would square things away but after so long a period passed by I was becoming very apprehensive.
