Oh?? mis-leading information on that page ,,,
    like this, you claim,,,
"These customers have 3 options to continue receiving television service.
Purchase a Digital TV from Cheat Fusion.
Subscribe to Cable or Satellite service.
Purchase a digital-to-analog converter box from Cheat Fusion with the help of a government issued $40 coupon."

I have a digital tuner on my High Definition Multi Media Interface, (a TV) for about 2 years now, I have an antenna that I made from coat hangers with instructions I found on the web!! I get digital high definition broadcasts for free, over the air!
Soon, all television sets sold in the U.S. will have to have a digital tuner built in. The only thing anyone needs on their tv to get digital broadcasts is a digital tuner and "rabbit ears"
    IMHO

This information is not misleading. This information is Produced by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
You may look on their website on https://www.dtv2009.gov/docs/html/MessageTree_en.html for the same information I provide. Those "Rabbit Ears" will not work anymore unless you already have a SDTV, EDTV, or HDTV already. This program is only for people who currently have and use Analog

Starting in 2008, the UK will switch to digital TV, you can buy a set top box from ASDA for £15 ($29.52 USD)

        Other potions are:
        • Through an aerial (via either a digital box or digital TV)
        • Through a satellite dish
        • Through a cable
        • Through a telephone line
        • Through an aerial and phone line
