Is there a way to link private messages together?

Is there a way to link private messages together on this forum? So each and every message doesn't come thru as an individual post in my inbox?
Makes it really hard to keep track of inquiries & orders.

Please please, is this possible, or can someone make it so?

Could you please in details what seems to be the problem?

Also note that the forum is running vBulletin software, it is not our product, therefore we are unable to customize the way private messages are displayed.
